Why was my order was cancelled?
If you purchase one of our discount deals and your discount voucher is not applied then your order will automatically be cancelled. Please resubmit your order and take care to type your code in. If you use the copy past function to enter your code the discount code may not properly apply to your transaction.
Where is my order?
We have a standard delivery time of three to four weeks for all orders. We do our best however to get your packages delivered in half the time or even sooner.
Are your products manufactured by Apple or Samsung?
No they are not manufactured by Apple or Samsung and they are not OEM.
Apple, the Apple logo and iTunes are trademarks of Apple Computer, Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. iPod is a trademark of Apple Computer, Inc.
How in the world can you offer such low prices?
We purchase our inventory in very large quantities from various vendors and dealers which allows us to negotiate lower pricing. Also, we keep our costs to a minimum through automation and streamlined operations processes. We then take these savings and pass them to YOU - our customer which is of course the only reason we are here :-).
I've entered my discount code but I get an error "Unable to find a valid discount matching the code entered".
Please check your code to verify that the code was entered correctly. Please include dashes if present. Also please be careful to note the letter O from 0. This is a common mistake.
I've entered my discount code but I get an error "The maximum number of uses of the discount have been exceeded."
If you see this error it means your discount code has already been redeemed. Please contact us at info@costbrothers.com if you feel this is in error. Please include your name, deal site, time and date of purchase. Also please include the best number and time of day to reach you.
I've added my items to the shopping cart however I'm not able to enter multiple quantities.
Many of our promotions are limited to one item per order.
I haven't receive my order. Why not?
We ask that you please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be processed and delivered. Once your package is shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation via email. Packages will be confirmed upon delivery with a tracking number from either the US Postal Service, Fedex or UPS.
My item stopped working - what should I do?
On rare occasions we have items that arrive DOA. This could be due to damage during shipping or product failure. If this occurs please send the defective item to Cost Brothers Returns 2605 Crocker St Houston, TX 77006. We cannot accept replacements after 14 days.

I don't have an account - what should I do?
No worries - you can complete your transaction as a guest. You can fill out your shipping address before you complete your order.
I purchased a voucher at a daily deal site yet when I go to complete my order, I still see the full price listed. What gives?
You will be prompted to enter and apply your voucher prior to completing your order. Once you apply your voucher, the full amount of your discount will be deducted from the total.
Do you offer a Military Discount?
Yes! We
have a 10 Percent Discount for Active, Reserve, Retired and Disabled
Military Personnel and Immediate Family Members. Military Card is
